By accessing, registering for, or using our web application, practice quizzes, study materials, or paid subscription services, you ("User" or "Student") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue your use of the platform immediately.

2. Description of Services & Academic Disclaimer

JayP Quiz is an independent academic preparation platform providing interactive practice tests, past question analyses, mock TMA (Tutor-Marked Assignment) simulations, and POP Theory review aids for university students, with a primary focus on National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) curricula.

3. User Accounts & Security

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Each student account is strictly personal. You may not share, sell, transfer, or allow other individuals to use your login credentials.
• We monitor anomalous concurrent logins across disparate devices. Accounts exhibiting automated scraping or multi-user sharing may be suspended without refund.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account access.

4. Pricing, Subscriptions & Course Access

JayP Quiz offers tiered digital study access as follows:

All transactions are processed securely in Nigerian Naira (NGN) via our licensed payment partner, Paystack. You are responsible for any network transaction fees or banking charges incurred during checkout.

5. Intellectual Property & Permitted Use

All questions, rubrics, software interfaces, software code, explanations, and proprietary study summaries are the intellectual property of JayP Quiz or its licensed content contributors.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view and take practice quizzes on your device. You strictly agree not to:

• Scrape, export, or bulk-download question banks using automated bots, scripts, or extensions.
• Publish, redistribute, compile, or resell questions or answer keys online or in study groups.
• Reverse-engineer or disrupt any security or scoring mechanisms of the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

JayP Quiz provides study practice tools on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for absolute accuracy in question verification and answer explanations, we do not guarantee specific academic grades or exam results. In no event shall JayP Quiz be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates your agreement to the modified terms.
